Club DCP Terms of Service
Welcome to Club DCP, a subscription service provided by The Duct Cleaning Pros (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in Club DCP, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Subscription Details
1.1 Service Description: Club DCP offers an annual dryer vent cleaning service for a monthly fee of $14.99.
1.2 Subscription Fee: The subscription fee for Club DCP is $14.99 per month, billed monthly.
1.3 Annual Value: The total annual cost for the service is approximately $180, offering a discounted rate compared to our regular price of $218.99 for a single dryer vent cleaning.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly on the date of subscription enrollment.
2.2 Payment Method: Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method on a monthly basis.
2.3 Late Payment: If your payment is not received by the due date, your subscription will be considered in arrears. A late payment fee of $5.00 will be added to your next month's bill. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, your subscription may be suspended or terminated, and any unpaid balances will remain your responsibility.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service department. Cancellation will be effective immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request.
3.2 Refunds: If you cancel your subscription before the total annual amount of $180 is paid, all services will cease, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
3.3 Buyout Option: If you cancel before the total annual amount is paid, you may opt for a final service by paying the difference between the total annual charge of $180 and the amount already paid. This buyout option allows you to receive one final dryer vent cleaning service.
4. Service Terms
4.1 Service Schedule: Annual service appointments will be scheduled during the 11th month of your subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to the dryer vent is available on the scheduled service date.
4.2 Service Transfer: The service is transferrable if you sell your home. The new homeowner must provide their contact information to the Company to continue receiving the service.
5. Eligibility and Additional Charges
5.1 Previous Service Requirement: By subscribing to Club DCP, you confirm that your dryer vent has been professionally cleaned within the last five (5) years.
5.2 Verification: Our technicians will verify the condition of your dryer vent during the first service appointment. If it is determined that the vent has not been cleaned within the last five (5) years, additional charges may apply to bring the vent to a maintainable condition.
5.3 Additional Charges: Any additional charges will be communicated to you before proceeding with the service. You will have the option to accept the additional charges or cancel the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the subscription service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
